Astral Technologies is the brand under which this website and SCHMS are currently operated by its founders in Nigeria. References to Astral, we, us and our mean the current operators of the Astral Technologies venture.
Using this website
These terms apply to Astral's public website. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These are website terms, not a SCHMS customer agreement.
Information and product descriptions
The website explains Astral and SCHMS for general information. We aim to describe the product accurately, but public descriptions are not a guarantee that every feature or service is available in every engagement. Product screenshots use fictional demonstration data. Discuss requirements with us before relying on the website for a purchasing or operational decision.
Separate commercial arrangements
Browsing, requesting a demonstration or submitting a contact form does not automatically create a commercial contract, reserve capacity or purchase a service. Any SCHMS engagement is subject to separately agreed written commercial and service terms. These website terms do not replace a SaaS agreement, school privacy notice or data-processing arrangement.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, graphics and software are owned by Astral's operators or used with permission. You may view the website and share links for lawful purposes. Other copying, distribution or commercial reuse requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, send unwanted automated enquiries, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorised access. Do not use the public form to upload or disclose confidential school records or information you are not entitled to share.
Third-party services and links
The website uses hosting, security, measurement and email providers and may link to other websites. Their services and policies operate separately. A link does not imply endorsement, and we do not control external content or guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or remove website content and functionality as needed. We take reasonable care with information but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or suitability for every purpose.
